Please read and understand the following terms before purchasing any products from Flo Labs LLC. The terms “Flo IO,” “Flo," "we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Flo Labs LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries.

By using www.feelflo.com (the “Site”) and placing an order, you agree to this Shipping & Return Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, which together govern your purchase and use of the Site.

Returns

We don’t accept physical returns or exchanges. However, if this is your first order, whether a one-time purchase or your first subscription, we offer our 30-Day Feel-It Guarantee.

The 30-Day Feel-It Guarantee

Try Flo Drops™ for 30 days from the date of delivery. If you don’t feel the difference, we’ll refund your purchase price (minus $7.95 shipping & handling) — no return required.

This guarantee applies only to your first order and is limited to one refund per customer. It does not apply to multi-pack bundles or repeat purchases.

To request a refund, simply email hello@feelflo.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.

We built this policy on trust. Please don’t take advantage of it.

Subscription Management

You can change frequency, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime through your Flo IO Account.

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to ship all orders promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before completing your order.

For international orders, you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or restrictions in your country. If an order is refused or returned due to customs issues, we’re unable to issue a refund.

Payments

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation and authorization by their card issuer. If a payment is declined or flagged as high risk, Flo IO is not responsible for delays or non-delivery.
